nile intends to make available, objective summaries, that are comprehensive and exhaustive, to all health partners. All parliamentary reports that impact future decisions and directions of the health system are analyzed. The objective of this work is to allow everyone to benefit from two documents: a one-page summary and a white paper of 3-5 pages. These notes leave no room for interpretation: they are factual.

nile will comment on these documents uniquely on the cover page, in the form of an executive summary. This is the only place where some subjectivity will be expressed.

Half of the provisions of the proposed bill filed by Senator Fourcade to amend the law on hospital reform and on patients, health and territories (HPST).

July 21, 2009 – HPST: initiate and create health! – Synthesis of the Act of July 21, 2009

The law on hospital reform and related to patients, healthcare and territories was enacted on 21 July 2009. Minimal modifications of the Constitutional Council have closed one of the longest debates in the history of the 5th Republic.
