July 26, 2012 – Café nile with Helen Espérou nile and Bernard Rouault "New hospital organizations: Will it go far enough?"
At a time when the Government announces a new hospital reform, the players take ownership of tools to optimize existing hospital organizations. On June 20th we had the honor and pleasure to welcome Dr. Helen Espérou, Project Director medical and scientific quality UNICANCER Federation of Centres for the Fight Against Cancer and Bernard Rouault, Director of the Group Health Cooperation Amplitude, to discuss with us the theme "New hospital organizations: Will it go far enough?"
The central issue under scrutiny is whether an organization can have, for the same quality or better, better financial control over spending. Now that the Hospital Expo 2012 has just ended, we can ask the question if several years later, have the objectives been met? What improvements can be envisioned ? How to implement them?
