January 10, 2012 – Descriptive Notes on laws called "Medication" and LFSS 2012
The law on strengthening the medical safety of drugs and health products, called "Drug Law" was promulgated on 29 December 2011, a few days after the law on financing of social security for 2012, enacted December 21, 2011 .
One of the measures outlined of the law "Medication" is noteworthy, the framework of "unliscenced', at a guess the issuance of a visa to adverstise MSNA for advertisements aimed at health professionals, experimentation of a medical group’s collective visit to a hospital, or the transposition of the European Directive on pharmacovigilance.If many had hoped health reform more advanced (a marketing authorization issued only if clinical trials could be compared to references, a more stringent regulation of medical devices, the creation of a group action), keeping in mind that no referral to the Constitutional Council has been made under this text.
LFSS In (7 articles that were censored) can be identified in widening missions of the HAS, the creation of a Regional Intervention Fund (FIR), or in the changing of the modes of remuneration of dispensing pharmacists.
All that remains today is to await the orders and decrees that will give the two texts real impact.
