Olivier created nile in 2007.
A General Physician by qualification, Olivier started his marketing career in 1985 with Servier and Glaxo. In 1992, he developed an avid interest in health related matters and advisories thereof. Thereafter, he became Director General at Deltacom (Groupe Expand Sante), and then President Director General at Euro RSCG Health care (Havas Group). He then joined Schering-Plough France where he worked between 1998 and 2007, gaining knowledge and expertise in public affairs, governmental, economic, and corporate communications.

Laurence joined nile in 2009.
In the healthcare sector since 1989, she worked as an assistant in the pneumoliogy department at Glaxo. She then joined the Expand and Euro RSCG groups where she held, in succession, the position of head of publicity and Client services director between 1991 and 1998. From 1999 to 2008, she was in charge of external and corporate communications at Schering-Plough.

Laurence joined nile in 2009.
A doctor in biology with a specialisation in management and marketing the healthcare sector, Laurence started with research, then expanded her area of interest to rare medical conditions and orphan drugs. She joined Genzyme as head of projects public health, later moving on to Schering-Plough to work in Economic affairs and external relations. She was also responsible for external regional relations, first increasing her portfolio to take charge of corporate relations and then in the direction of market access and communication with the added responsibility of National Public Affairs.

He had previously worked with the Mission of European Relations, and International Co-operations (MREIC) at the The French National Health Insurance Fund for Salaried Workers (CNAMTS) Holds a masters degree in politics, strategy and management in health , obtained from the Paris Descartes University.
