The observatory is a think tank monitoring the regionalisation of the health care system and the implications and enforcement of the HPST. It is a circle of refection of ideas and the intelligence of the partners of the health care system.

Our objectives are to anticipate changes in the regional healthcare system, provide an overview of organisations and experiments undertaken at the regional level. We also identify and explain the goals of these structures, the centres of decisions, their organisations and their way of functioning in the region.

Thus we ensure a sharing of solutions throughout the territory and across the region.
