Health and health care are the priority and preoccupations of the healthcare sector and particularly those of the ill and requiring care. This is the essence of the theme dedicated to the second Health Summit of the Regions, being organized this year. Our ambition is that these meetings should become a pillar of health democracy. The summit invites patients and associations, Health system users, professionals and their syndicated or ordinal representations, health care providers, public powers, payers and their local representatives to bring their views and contribute to the regional debate, for the ultimate optimization of the health system.
Two round tables and a sharing of experiences will animate this day, enhanced this year by the exhibition of illustrated posters, by local creativity, in a collaborative way, with concrete solutions for patients and their caretakers.
Our Charter
With the vision to promote ethical rules and to guarantee their transparency, nile wishes to detail the general principles, on which the organisation resides, the institutional undertakings and the financers of the events and communications. The present document is in the public domain and features on the website of General State Of Health in regions (Etats Généraux de la Santé en Régions- EGSR). It must permit the promotion of local concrete projects and multi- partnerships that will succeed in the fields of health, social and social medical. Exhibited as posters, they bring - to the field of prevention - outreach strategies, information sharing and the training of the patient or health professional and the improvement of management.
nile promotes, steers and organises the Health Summit of the Regions which is an annual congress. To achieve this, it is supported by a strategic committee composed of qualified professionals in the field of Health. The list of this committee is publicly available on the institutional site of EGSR.( Etats Généraux de la Santé en Régions ) nile undertakes:
- to implement the decisions taken by the strategic committee. This secures the orientation and strategies of the manifestations, defines the themes of different round table discussions and validates the choice of the participants. The members of the strategic committee and the participants receive no remuneration to accomplish their assignments. The documents produced by the strategic committee is produced as a group , and does not implicate the members individually.
- to respect free expression and independent editorial of the promoters of the projects, presented in the form of posters, the communications and the interventions of the participants and not to intervene in any way on the assessments which could be made of the EGSR by the editors and journalists.
- to render transparent and public the conditions governing a partnership deal that may be signed with an associate body. This partnership is the subject of a written agreement, specifying objectives that are amendable and terminable, the reciprocal obligations of the two parties and the detailed criteria of the partnership offer. This partnership cannot, in any way, constitute a promotion or validation of any health product or medical device.
